Once you are under one of our service contracts, we have an extensive network of repair facilities who can service your vehicle. After the facility diagnoses the problem, they submit the claim to our Claims Department at (302) 375-0401. The repair facility receives an authorizations number, they simply fax a signed copy of the repair order to us. Once we receive the invoice, we forward it to our Payment Processing Center where a corporate check or credit card payment is submitted for dispensation.
